Wrench Group Acquires CoolToday in Tampa, Florida

Wrench Group, leading provider of home services, acquires CoolToday, expanding presence in key Florida markets

Atlanta, GA March 1, 2019 — Wrench Group (“Wrench”), a national leader in home repair and maintenance services specializing in heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical, announced today the acquisition of N&M Cooling and Heating, Inc. – a heritage home services brand in the Sarasota and Tampa markets. The move represents the fourth strategic acquisition for Wrench, accelerating growth and expansion into Florida.
