Marietta, Georgia, March 11, 2020 — The Wrench Group (“Wrench”), a national leader in home repair and maintenance services specializing in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, water and electrical services announced today the acquisition of Donovan Heat and Air, Inc. (“Donovan”) expanding the Wrench footprint to Northern Florida.
Donovan Heat and Air was started by Bill and Linda Donovan in 1987 in Jacksonville, Fla. The Donovan family moved from Bowling Green, KY with their three sons, Joel, James and Kyle Donovan, who later took over ownership of the company. For over 30 years, Donovan has been providing Jacksonville and St. Augustine families with home comfort solutions through a team of expert professionals. “We are very excited to be partnering with an organization that shares our commitment to delivering customer thrill and taking great care of its employees” said Ken Haines, CEO, The Wrench Group.
